Are there any international hotel chains in Dili?

No, as of 2026 there is no Hilton, Marriott, Accor or any other international chain in Timor-Leste. Every hotel in Dili is locally or regionally owned. The closest to international-standard full service are Palm Springs Hotel (the city's only 5-star) and JL World Hotel; both are local operations. This is part of the appeal: your money stays in the country, and the service is Timorese.
