Beach Garden Hotel

Nice hotel and service apartment in Pantai Kelapa, Dili. They have 2 storey apartment units that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washroom, and kitchen, quite spacious. They have small gym, swimming pool, and meeting hall as well. The staff are also nice. Same company who manage/own The Excelsior Hotel.

The best thing about Beach Garden Hotel is its great location – right beside the beach, which makes it very relaxing. However, the rooms really need a serious upgrade. The bed was not comfortable, and there were issues with cleanliness. With some improvements to the rooms, this place could be much better given its excellent setting.

Other than the fact that the hotel needs some sprucing up, everything else about this sweet spot is above average for a place like this in Dili. Love the fact that laundry and airport shuttle is complimentary. It will be my choice again when I come back to Dili.

A nice but simple hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough, a bit noisy. Breakfast is simple. Staff is friendly.

I stayed here for over a month and enjoyed my stay. The staff members are amazing, and they take pride in their work. The room is spacious, secure, and clean. The grounds are well kept. The common areas are cleaned throughout the day. The staff is very accommodating and works to resolve any issues. The hotel is centrally located and I found it easy to walk to most places. There are many places to eat nearby and a pop-up BBQ each night on the beach, right across the street! The hotel complex has added security at night with a gate. There is always someone at the front desk to assist. Rooms have a safe, TV, refrigerator, hot water kettle, and wifi. A hair dryer is available upon request. They also have daily laundry service included, and this made things a lot easier for the duration of my stay. Breakfast is also included. It is directly across the street from the beach. You can get a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning to your right and the sunset each evening to your left.
