Food was good but room had No Air conditioning. Cat poo out side one of bedroom doors in morning. Very noisey late at night and in the morning. My room was dirty and i ended up with bed bug bites all over my arms. My friend was in another room and also got bed bug bites over arms. Not a good experience.

Although very shiny and clean, its best days are in the past. It really reminds me of a hospital. Very few soft surfaces or furniture. More of a basic business hotel than a tourist hotel. Doesn’t have the noise and the chaos you would get at the Timor Plaza hotel or the beach that others have. Odd location choice in the neighbourhood. It is walkable to Timor Plaza but not the waterfront. The ladies at the front counter are cute and friendly as are all the staff. Breakfast is ok, A La Cart. Airport pick up and drop off were a big bonus. The pool is the biggest disappointment with heavy algae growth on the sides and swirls of cloudy material in the bottom. Clearly the chemicals are out of balance. The other challenge is you can’t turn off the bathroom light (hot water heater?) so it shines into the bedroom.
The place is overall clean, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant offers meals at reasonable prices. I also rented a conference room, and it’s one of the most affordable options in Timor-Leste with excellent facilities for the price. They also offer free airport pick-up and drop-off service.
The hotel was pretty big. Clean and the amenities were available. But it’s kinda creepy tho at night since they didn’t really have many guests. The cons were They played music really out loud and the song choices were pop in the morning and afternoon, but I understood tho, maybe it’s their way to kill boredom.
I was here on 2017, now back and taste the same environment
