Timor Plaza Hotel & Apartments

Everything is great except for the loud karaoke noises from an establishment across the street. Location is smack bang in the middle of the city. Supermarket and gym in the vicinity. Service is very warm, prompt and professional. Room is spacious. Shower is nice. Great place to stay. Will recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay at Timor Plaza Hotel. The location is perfect, and the airport shuttle made traveling very convenient. The hotel has a clean, comfortable, welcoming environment and with a shopping mall. A special thanks to the amazing staff, especially Yuniati, and just to name a few of the many wonderful team members like Joanna, Lina, Angelica, and the rest of the crew.

I've been to Dili three times and tried three different hotels. In my opinion, the Timor Plaza Hotel is the best. It's directly connected to the plaza and business center, and close to the airport. The service is also quite good, with all the staff striving to provide the best. The room is quite spacious, with a large seating area next to the bed, and it's relatively clean. However, when you open the window, you only see a wall. The restaurant also has a nice view. The health drinks are truly delicious, made on-site, including peeling ginger and other ingredients. If I go to Dili again, I'll definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed at Timor Plaza Hotel from 25–27 March 2026, and while the hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, the real highlight was the incredible staff. Every request or query I had was met with professionalism, friendliness, and a swift response. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in their work and in representing Timor-Leste. Special mention goes to Suresh (Hotel Operations Manager), Jefri, Virginia, Irenia, Zidanio, and Daniel – they showed an exceptional level of sincerity and professionalism throughout my stay. Thank you for making my short visit memorable. I highly recommend Timor Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Dili.

Location was smack right in the centre of the new township. Walking distance to most amenities needed. All kinds of excursions can be arranged. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yunie, , Ibu Asri, Nisda, Joanna, Lina, Effi, Ano, Amiau & Kayla. Overall the best value for money you can find in Dili.
