Convenient location to walk to the beach or Avenue de Portugal to catch a microlet. Comfortable accomodation, good breakfast, and amazing air conditioning when you need it. Staff were super helpful, and the airport transfer was convenient.

maybe not the full 5* but an outstanding place to stay in dili. huge big rooms with separate sleeping/living, powerful aircon, all the ammenties, nice pool, really great people working here, good wifi. got me moped to rent delivered to door. doubt there is much better in town.
Lived here for over a year, was a great stay. All staff were very friendly, especially the former manager Eriz. Very secured compound with security guards rotating in shifts. Most long term residents were Japanese and international organization workers. Miss my 4th floor room with pristine blue water and mountain views from the balcony.
Great place. Super nice/helpful staff. Very professional and punctual. Breakfast is delicious and offers variety. Definitely worth the value. Right next to the ocean. Kitchen, washer and dryer in room. Pros: large room, comfortable beds Nice view Nice clean pool Kitchen (fully stocked with cookware and dishes) Staff does an excellent job on cleaning room Worth the value Next to US Embassy/Plaza Market Rooms include universal outlets Daily fresh water bottle Cons: Gym is lacking on middle weight dumbbells Sometimes towels smell after getting them back Every other week water goes out for 3hrs+ Small tv in my room Suggest booking directly with them rather than using apps.
