如何前往东帝汶

飞往 Dili 的直飞国际航班来自三个门户：Bali/Denpasar（Aero Dili 和 Citilink，每日，不到 2 小时）、Darwin（Qantas、Airnorth 和 Aero Dili，不到 2 小时）以及 Kuala Lumpur（Batik Air Malaysia 和 Aero Dili）。票价随季节变化，请直接向航空公司查询。

从澳大利亚 Darwin 出发：Qantas 和 Airnorth 直飞，Aero Dili 自 2026 年 6 月起每周两班。飞行时间不到 2 小时。Darwin 是最近的国际门户，而从 Bali 到 Dili 也不到 2 小时，使东帝汶成为 Bali 之旅的轻松附加项。

从 Kuala Lumpur 出发：Batik Air Malaysia 和 Aero Dili 直飞。Aero Dili 飞往 Singapore 和中国的航班在 2026 年有所削减或暂停，规划前请先向航空公司确认；否则可经 Bali、Darwin 或 Kuala Lumpur 转机。

没有从欧洲或美洲出发的直飞航班。最常见的路线是经 Bali、Darwin 或 Kuala Lumpur。从欧洲出发，总旅行时间约 18-24 小时。机场正在进行一项由日本资助的大规模扩建：新航站楼和 3,000 米跑道将能起降宽体客机，目标是到 2028 年实现每年 100 万人次。

大多数访客可在 Dili 机场或 Dili 海港办理 30 天旅游落地签，费用 30 美元，只收美元现金，请带好准确金额。护照自入境之日起须有至少 6 个月有效期，官员可能要求查看续程机票、住宿地址和足够的旅费。免签：欧盟国家（爱尔兰除外）、冰岛、列支敦士登、挪威和瑞士公民在任意 180 天内可免签停留最多 90 天；印尼、马来西亚、新加坡和泰国公民旅游可免签停留最多 30 天。美国、英国和澳大利亚公民需办理落地签。

落地签流程很直接，但当多个航班同时抵达时可能较慢。预留 30-60 分钟办理入境和海关。所有人都必须在出行前最多 3 天内通过 Customs Trade Single Window（tilesw.customs.gov.tl）在线填写入境与出境申报，并离线保存二维码或 PDF，因为 Dili 机场的网络信号不稳定。

落地签可在 Dili Vila Verde 的移民局总部延期一次，延长 30 天，费用 40 美元，办理最长需 15 天，请在到期前至少 15 天申请。逾期滞留按天数分级罚款，远比延期昂贵。详见签证指南。

Dili 机场小巧而简单。办完入境和提取行李后，你会走进入境大厅。这里有一个货币兑换柜台（汇率不好：请在城里用 ATM）和一家小咖啡馆。别指望在机场买到 SIM 卡：SIM 卡在 Dili 的 Timor Plaza 和手机店有售。

机场位于 Dili 市中心以西 6 公里。预订的接送（在 Rezerva 机场接送页面预订，前往 Dili 市中心酒店 20 美元起，需至少提前 36 小时）是最顺畅的选择：你的司机会在入境处举着写有名字的牌子等你。外面有出租车，但车费不打表；上车前先谈好价钱（前往 Dili 市中心约 10-15 美元，机场张贴有按区域划分的固定价格）。

机场没有公共交通。如果你预订了租车，大多数运营商会在租金中包含机场接机。

从印尼西帝汶陆路进入东帝汶的口岸是 Mota'ain/Batugade，对外国人开放。巴士从 Kupang（西帝汶首府）经边境连接到 Dili。这段旅程含过境约 10-12 小时。

游客在陆路边境的规定目前并不明确。移民局最新的页面（2026 年 6 月至 8 月）将 Batugade/Mota'ain 列为可签发旅游落地签的口岸，但美国国务院（2026 年 6 月）和澳大利亚 Smartraveller 仍建议在抵达边境前办好签证或签证申请授权（Visa Application Authorization）。官方对是否需要提前办签证的说法不一，出发前请向东帝汶移民局（migracao.gov.tl）或东帝汶领事馆确认。如果你打算经陆路返回印尼，请确保你的印尼签证允许再次入境。

Oecusse 飞地（被印尼包围的东帝汶领土）也有一个边境口岸，但从东帝汶其余地方陆路前往 Oecusse 需要过境印尼。

东帝汶使用美元（USD）作为官方货币。没有帝汶纸币，只有美国纸币和用于小额找零的帝汶分币。Dili 的 ATM 出美元（BNU、BNCTL 银行）。在 Dili 之外，ATM 稀少：请从首都带足现金。

电源插座为 C、E 和 F 型（欧式）。电压为 220V。请带万能转换插头。Dili 以外停电常见。

共有三家移动网络：Timor Telecom、Telkomcel 和 Telemor。在 Dili 的 Timor Plaza 购物中心或运营商门店买 SIM 卡，带上护照办理登记。覆盖情况因网络和地区而异，请向当地人打听你要去的地方哪家信号最好。主要城市以外的手机信号不稳定到不存在。

Once you're through immigration, getting around Timor-Leste is a separate challenge: the country is mountainous and inter-city roads are often slow. Microlets (shared minivans) handle short hops within Dili; intercity buses run from the Tasi Tolu and Becora terminals to most district capitals; car rental with driver (about $175-195 a day for a 4WD) is the most practical option for visitors who want to reach Atauro ferry departures, Maubisse, Baucau, or the eastern beaches. International car-hire chains don't operate in Timor-Leste. Use local operators. Currency: US Dollar. Timor-Leste uses the US Dollar (USD) as its official currency: there are no Timorese banknotes, only small-denomination Timorese centavo coins. ATMs in Dili (BNU, BNCTL banks) dispense USD; outside Dili they are scarce. Withdraw enough cash from the capital before heading to the districts. Many guesthouses, ferries, and tour operators are cash-only.

SIM cards and connectivity. There are three networks: Timor Telecom, Telkomcel and Telemor. SIM cards are sold at Timor Plaza mall in Dili and at the networks' shops in town; bring your passport to register it. Coverage varies by network and district, so ask locally which works best where you are going. Bring an unlocked phone. Coverage outside major towns is patchy to nonexistent. Download offline maps (Google Maps or Maps.me) before leaving Dili. Internet speeds in Timor-Leste rank among the slowest in the world; plan downloads ahead.

Power, plugs, and adapters. Type C, E, and F sockets (European-style). 220V. Bring a universal adapter if travelling from the US, UK, or Australia. Power outages are common outside Dili: a power bank for essentials is worth packing.
