Probably the best budget hotel I've ever tried in Dili. While the exterior may not look very appealing, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The air conditioning and hot shower work well, there's also a kettle and refrigerator in the room, and the toilet has a bidet (which is nice). It's strategically located in the city center, right in front of the stadium. The only downside is that there's no breakfast.

There are little fridge, universal sockets in room. No hairdryer, soap and comb. No lift, but the rooms upstairs are bigger. Stayed in 303 for 3 nights. The Wi-Fi router is just outside my door, so the signal and speed are good. Big cockroaches crowding outside in the parking lot at night, but there is neither cockroach and ants in room. The deposit is $10, which is returned upon check-out. However, if you check out too early in the morning, you need to confirm with the front desk in advance. However, even if you confirm in advance, there may not be anyone at the front desk. You can just go to the room inside the front desk and wake up the staff. There is also a person responsible for unlocking the external gate, and he sleeps on a bench outside. By the way, to take the No. 9 and No. 10 microlets to the airport, walk about 100 meters north from the hotel and wait at the southwest corner of the intersection next to Peace Coffee. The No. 10 microlet goes west, and the No. 9 microlet goes south. The first No. 10 microlet starts at 5:00am. It takes about 15 mins to reach the roundabout south of the airport. Check the last pic.

Very good budget hotel by Dili standards. All rooms have a kettle (more expensive ones might have a fridge), there is starlink wifi (you can connect in the reception, and some rooms near the reception) and a hot water shower. Staff are friendly and a couple of them speak good English. They also helped us with an abandoned kitten we rescued, by keeping it on the day of our check-out until the vet could come and pick it up to look after it. Obrigada!

Rooms are of a decent size, AC works well but there’s a funky smell to it, nothing an air freshener wont solve. Love the location of the Hotel and the hot water works sometimes. Water pump was broken during my stay but was fixed overnight

This is the best value for a room you will find in Dili (the hotels and hostels can be extremely expensive in Dili relative to SE Asia prices). It'ts my go-to place to stay currently due to its value and having hot water, kettle, fridge, clean room and comfortable bed. Location is great and close to many shops and places to eat. A local bakery is 1 min wall and has a place to eat inside and grab a coffee. Perfect for a morning snack. The girls on the front desk are always helpful and cheery. They take cash. They will ask for an additional 10$ deposit which is refundable on checkout.
