1. About Rezerva

Rezerva (rezerva.tl) is a tourism marketplace connecting travelers with local tour operators, accommodation providers, and transport services in Timor-Leste. Rezerva is operated by OniT Enterprises.

2. Our role

Rezerva acts as an intermediary between travelers and operators. We facilitate bookings and enquiries but the actual tours, accommodation, and services are provided by independent local operators. Each operator is responsible for delivering the experience as described.

3. Bookings and enquiries

  • Enquiries are free and non-binding. Your details are forwarded to the relevant operator who will respond directly.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until the operator accepts. You will receive email confirmation once confirmed.
  • Pricing is set by operators and displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice.
  • Payment is not collected by Rezerva at this stage. Payment arrangements are made directly with the operator upon confirmation.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellation policies vary by operator and are displayed on each activity page. As a general guideline:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to charges at the operator's discretion
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

If an operator cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

5. User accounts

Account creation is optional. You can browse and submit enquiries without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

6. Content and accuracy

We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate. However, tour details, pricing, availability, and images are provided by operators and may change. Always confirm details with the operator before travel.

7. Limitation of liability

Rezerva is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from services provided by operators. We do not guarantee availability, quality, or safety of any listed experience. Travel in Timor-Leste involves inherent risks — travelers are responsible for their own safety, travel insurance, and fitness for activities.

8. Intellectual property

All content on rezerva.tl — including text, images, design, and code — is owned by Rezerva or licensed from operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
