Not one to write a negative review however wanted to share our experience staying at their accomodation: Friendly staff and helpful when needing to book last minute accommodation for a group of us. Staff overcharged my sister in law by $360 USD, appreciate that they were cooperative with amending this the following day however lost some money through the refund due to the conversion rate as we paid in AUD. Rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned upon initial check in with there being a number of someone else's belongings in both rooms. Hot water didn't work in either rooms and the drain in our room was clogged and full of hair. Staff only conducted housekeeping if we asked them and the clean was minimal with the linen never changed during our stay. I have since returned home with my limbs covered in bed bug bites. There was no mattress protectors and would often wake up to the sheets half off the bed to the exposed mattress. There were sweet dogs that lived on the premises and would say they were the highlight of our stay however myself and sister in law stood in dog faeces on two separate occasions. Usually don't like to write a negative review however considering what we paid, I would expect to not come home covered in bed bug bites at least, or to have our room cleaned more thoroughly with fresh towels and linen as regular housekeeping at other establishments can provide.

Wonderful accommodation and restaurant by the garden and swimming pool. Walking distance to white sand beach. Served both chinese and indonesian foods. Bar available within the premise
