Pygmy blue whales pass Dili from about October to early December, most reliably late October to November. Sightings depend on the animals and are never guaranteed. Trips run only in safe weather and sea conditions. The skipper may change the route or the departure time on the day, and if the crew cancels for weather you choose a new date or a full refund.
