Timor Blue Water Sea Adventures (TBWSA) runs boat trips from Pantai Kelapa, beside Dili Port: whale and dolphin watching in season, private half-day and full-day fishing charters, sunset cruises along the coast and multi-day fishing trips.
It was founded by Jason Greer, an Australian Army veteran with more than twenty years of service, and is run in partnership with local Timorese owners. TBWSA trains and employs Timorese crew, with the aim of them leading the business in time.
Groups stay small. at most 10 guests on whale trips and sunset cruises, and 6 anglers on a fishing charter. Every trip depends on the weather and the sea, and the skipper decides on the day. If TBWSA cancels for weather, you choose a new date or a full refund.
