Mukit Guesthouse

Mukit Guesthouse is a guesthouse and café in Hudilaran, Aisirimou, in Aileu Vila, the town at the heart of Timor-Leste's highland coffee district, about an hour's drive south of Dili. It sits about 300 m off the main road, along a rough but flat track.

There are 10 rooms: five singles, four doubles and one room with a bunk bed and a double bed. Most rooms have their own bathroom, there is hot water, and a back-up generator keeps the power on.

Mukit Kafen, the guesthouse's own café and restaurant, has a covered terrace. There is also a garden with a thatched shelter, a large upstairs lounge, and a kitchen equipped to cater for groups and events.
