Data & Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Rezerva account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies whether you signed up with an email address, Google, Apple, or Facebook.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Apple, please tell us which one so we can find your account.
What we delete
Once we confirm your request, we remove:
- your account and sign-in details
- your guest profile: name, email address, phone number
- your messages with Rezerva and with operators
What we keep
Booking and payment records may be kept where law or accounting rules require it. They are no longer linked to a profile you can sign in to, and we do not use them for marketing.
How long it takes
We reply within 5 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days.
