Highly recommended. I dealt with Novita- she was very helpful and professional. Clear and reasonable prices, good communication and well maintained vehicles. They provide a full to full fuel policy and we're honest and fair when it came to vehicle inspection at the start and end of the rental. What more could you ask for!? I will definitely use this company again when I'm next in Dili. Their card machine was broken when I was there so be sure to take a decent chunk of cash... Just in case.

I had a deeply disappointing and frankly dangerous experience with eSilva Car Rentals. The first car they provided had non-functioning brakes, putting us at serious risk. When we raised the issue, they offered a replacement vehicle, but shockingly, this second car also had problems. To make matters worse, smoke started coming out of the hood while we were using it—an alarming and unacceptable situation. While the staff tried to be helpful, their ability to actually resolve the issue was hindered by strict company policies. Instead of prioritizing customer safety, they seemed more focused on following protocol, leaving us stuck with unsafe vehicles. The ended up giving us a refund after wasting our time. Renting a car should come with the basic expectation that it is roadworthy and safe. Unfortunately, this company failed to meet that fundamental standard. I cannot recommend them and strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

Amazing service and wonderful staff! We rented a car to drive to Jaco island, and they gave us an old-ish Toyota Hilux, but it took us through the bad roads all the way to Valu beach. The customer service agents were wonderful and helped us with other stuff as well regarding our trip. :) They also made sure to be available in case any issues occured with the vechile. I would recommend it to anyone, who wishes to explore Timor-Leste outside of Dili!

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting Timor Leste. To enhance my experience, I decided to travel with my own set of wheels. My choice of car rentals did not disappoint.
