Hotel Time Square

Stayed for 10 days with a group of 12 people taking up 8+ rooms. Great budget hotel. Rooms are not consistent and they all need updates. Some have hot water and some don’t. The kitchen are useful with a refrigerator (although not all of them work)

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my business trip to Dili and I am happy that I chose this hotel to stay. I got a room on the 3rd floor, which I think it’s the rooftop. Outside my room was directly across the dining hall and to the left was a common table to sit for an amazing view to the hill behind the hotel. The living room consisted of the dining table, a sofa, a TV, a fridge (the switch on the electrical socket was needed to be turned on first if we want to use it), a kitchen set with no stove, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom was cozy. The bathroom was spacious, although 5 minutes is needed to get your hot water flowing and the floor is slippery. The breakfast was served by the staffs daily to my room, consisting some local meals. Laundry was available upon request to the staff, and you need to pay voluntarily (I paid USD 2 for 5 clothes). Room cleaning was available upon request. The trash bin bag is available inside one of the cabinet for refill. The staffs were AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly! They helped me with the room problem, SIM cards information, and other things, so please communicate with them. The hotel location is also amazing. It located in the same complex with Meimart Supermarket, so you can buy anything for snacks (open 8 am to 9 pm), outside the complex usually there are food stalls at night (lalapan), some phone (and accessories) and home goods shops, and some guys who sell cigarettes and phone credits. For the wifi, please note that as much as the internet is not really stable in Dili (I used Telemor), the wifi is normally good only between midnight and 8 in the morning. In the end, it was memorable stay here for my Timor trip.

Semi-apartment Hotel, the room is spacious, there's a living room and kitchen, AC and hot shower are working fine; too bad the wifi and TV are not working.

Location is quite near from my workplace when visiting Dili. There is also a big supermarket Meimart besides this Hotel. All good except the main problem for me is stable internet connection. No regular water bottles everyday. You should ask to waiter or reception to get it. Not many options for breakfast either burger, donut, porridge or simple mixed rice. Waiters are very kind and honest. Thank you

It's one of the better options for staying in the area. Some service can be improved. No hot water, wifi isn't stable. Limited options for breakfast.
