Significantly historic place in baucau It’s ok, decent rooms and reasonably well run and maintained Certainly nothing special Very noisey neighbours…. I’ve stayed here quite a few times, it’s decent enough

This place is a must for its charm and history. The old section is beautiful the breakfast not so much. Dinner is good. Make sure you greet the two ladies who cook Portuguese food.
I really liked this hotel. It is probably my favorite in Timor Leste. The rooms are great, and I liked the food a lot. There is tons of plants, which I really like. They even have a cage with monkeys in it! But, make sure you don't get too close. You might get scratched.
We stopped at this magnificent old building to find a tremendous restaurant at the back. We enjoyed a delicious bottle of Portuguese wine with our lunch and enjoyed the views. Well worth a stop for a great lunch.
A flawless experience at the Pousada. The rooms, the design and architecture of the place are simply gorgeous and a pleasure to walk around and explore. Lovely gardens and a great dining hall, serving very good meals, mostly with a Portuguese influence. The only sad thing is the caged monkeys here ~ please release them!
