Timor Blue Water Sea Adventures（TBWSA）从帝力港旁的 Pantai Kelapa 出发，经营多种出海行程：季节内的观鲸与海豚、半日和全日私人包船海钓、沿海岸的日落游船，以及多日海钓之旅。

每团人数不多：观鲸和日落游船最多 10 人，海钓包船最多 6 人。所有行程视天气和海况而定，当天由船长决定。如因天气由 TBWSA 取消，您可改期或获得全额退款。
