comfortable rooms with some odd quircks like no power point near the bed. Lovely pool. Food was average and it was hard to get the attention of staff for service. Limited numbers of beers in their fridge despite having large groups staying. Quiet and comfortable and clean. Would have 5 stars if the food had been better

Was unable to book in advance despite contacting them and replying with the room I wanted. Once we arrived the room was sold out and only available for one night. Was difficult to find someone to check in an they seemed extremely bothered by my presence there. They had a restaurant but the door was locked. Room was actually nice but everything else sucked. No hospitality and not welcoming. Stay somewhere else in Baucau.

Great hotel located in the outskirts of Baucau. Rooms are clean, the swimming pool is great, the breakfast is tasty and plentiful. 30USD/double room. The staff is friendly and smiling. Highly recommended. The road to get there is a bit bumpy but that's Timor. If they are not replying to your WhatsApp messages, try calling them via WhatsApp - they will text you back - tested!

Newly built hotel, which is far more like hotels overseas than guesthouses in Timor-Leste. Incredible value for money, at $30 for a double bed or $25 for a single bed, and the breakfast included is excellent. The shower was the best I've come across in Timor, with hot water and lots of water pressure! It does look better than it functions though, with glass above the bedroom doors letting in light, large common areas encouraging people to make noise late at night, empty shampoo dispensers, and sinks not draining properly.
