Palm Malinamoc Hotel is an apartment hotel in Comoro, western Dili, about 2 km from Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport and Lusitana Beach. It was formerly Malinamoc Paradise and is now run by the Palm hotels group, which also runs Palm Beach and Palm Springs in Dili. The quiet residential setting suits longer stays and guests who want a kitchen and easy airport access.

There are three apartment types. one bedroom (83 sqm), two bedrooms (136 sqm) and three bedrooms (165 sqm), each bedroom with a large double bed. Apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette, a balcony and air conditioning, and a washing machine. Shared facilities include an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, a garden, a restaurant, a bar and a children’s playground.

Breakfast is included, and free airport transfers are available if you tell the hotel in advance.

Outdated and in need of maintenance. In the morning, they started digging in our garden and DIY on our wall. The noise was too much and we moved rooms. The pool is nice, the steak on hot stone to die for.

Malinamoc was perfect for a work trip to Dili. Spacious apartments with quality furniture. Beautiful garden and pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Menu choice limited but nicely cooked, wholesome meals. Manager was very helpful and met us at the airport

Quiet and beautiful sanctuary with lovely gardens and pool in Dili. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful with taxis and transfers, and remembered guests by name. I felt very welcomed here as a foreigner. The rooms have AC and a nice kitchen / living room area. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent place to stay with a family in Dili. Not cheap, but the hotel staff provide an excellent and welcoming service. Nothing is too much trouble. Anne, the manager is excellent.

The place is cool, the food is really good, the rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is cool, calm, the place is really recommended. The pool is clean, warm, salty too, overall this place is the best.
