Hotel Umaliurai is one of the best Hotel in Same , very well designed peaceful and well Located in same. Its very accessible to same town and on the main road. Would definitely recommend it if you wanna stay close to nature and have personal time or family time alone.

We were well looked after for our single night stay here. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and great food. We were the only guests. Nice and quiet at night. Would stay again

Very nice guest house. We stayed with a group of 30 and they fed us as well. Meals were lovely. Pool is refreshing. Most rooms have aircon. Some don’t but they were cool enough without aircon. Ensuites are simple and effective with sit down (not squat) toilets. It is not 5 star quality compared, but for where it is and the service you get it is 5 star. Good bar to purchase drinks. Bring a group.

Place is very nice and clean, located in Same, which is about 4 hours from Dili. The rooms are spacious, has a small kitchen with a balcony. There is TV, hot water and AC in the room. Has a swimming pool in the middle. Food is delicious, the vegetables are sourced locally and fish is very fresh. Staff are very friendly, and the owner is very welcoming. A hotel suitable for family, friends, or any group of people.

This is a wonderful oasis of a hotel in SAME. Excellent value for money, I would say the upper rooms are like a first class 5 star hotel. Drinks and meals are reasonably priced, and if you just want to hang around the great pool that's fine, otherwise the best range of TV channels.
