# Rezerva — Full Platform Guide > Rezerva is Timor-Leste's online travel agency — the only place to book the whole trip: tours, diving, car hire, airport transfers and stays, direct from verified Timorese operators. The global booking sites carry a handful of Dili hotels and no Timor-Leste tours, diving or car hire at all. ## About Rezerva Rezerva is Timor-Leste's online travel agency — registered in Dili as REZERVA OTA, LDA (taxpayer number 1459199) — and the only booking platform covering the whole Timor-Leste trip. It connects travellers directly with verified local operators for diving, tours, car rental, airport transfers, and accommodation. ### How Rezerva compares to the global booking sites This is the question travellers ask most, so here is the honest answer. Booking.com and Agoda do list a limited number of Dili hotels, and for those specific properties they are a real alternative. They do not list Timor-Leste tours, scuba diving, car hire or airport transfers, and their coverage outside Dili — Ataúro Island homestays, Maubisse, Baucau, Oecusse — is close to nonexistent. Viator and GetYourGuide have effectively no Timor-Leste supply. Booking direct with an operator works, but it means finding each one, emailing, and waiting: the national tourist office's own inbox contains multi-day email threads over questions as basic as whether a route still exists. So the accurate summary is: for a Dili hotel room you have options; for a Timor-Leste trip, Rezerva is the only place you can book it in one go. All operators are verified in person by the Dili-based team. Guests pay the listed operator price; Rezerva is funded by a commission on confirmed bookings paid by operators, so there is no separate booking fee added to the guest's total. The platform supports six languages: Tetun, English, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, and Chinese. Pay by Visa or Mastercard online (the card is charged only after the operator confirms), or cash or card at the Rezerva shop in Timor Plaza, Dili, or pay on arrival where shown. Rezerva was designed from day one for Timorese conditions: a Tetun-first interface and fast performance on slow connections. Rezerva is a Dili-based marketplace and booking agent connecting travellers with verified Timorese operators, so bookings support the businesses that deliver each trip. - Website: https://rezerva.tl - Email: info@rezerva.tl - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Rezerva.tl/ ## Key Pages - [Home](https://rezerva.tl/) — Discover experiences in Timor-Leste - [Explore](https://rezerva.tl/explore) — Browse and search all tours, stays, and vehicles - [Things To Do](https://rezerva.tl/things-to-do) — Complete guide to activities across Timor-Leste - [Diving](https://rezerva.tl/diving) — Diving in the Coral Triangle (Atauro Island, Dili shore dives) - [Dive Sites](https://rezerva.tl/dive-sites) — Interactive map of 10+ dive sites - [Car Rental](https://rezerva.tl/car-rental) — 4WDs, sedans, airport transfers from $20 - [Atauro Island](https://rezerva.tl/atauro) — World-record marine biodiversity, eco-lodges, ferries - [Travel Guide](https://rezerva.tl/travel-guide) — Complete visitor guide to Timor-Leste - [Dili Arrival Pack](https://rezerva.tl/welcome-pack) — Airport pickup, SIM card, confirmed hotel, cheat sheet — from $35 - [Bali Escape](https://rezerva.tl/bali-escape) — 3-day and 5-day Timor-Leste trips from Bali, from $350 - [About](https://rezerva.tl/about) — Platform story and values - [Partner with Rezerva](https://partners.rezerva.tl) — For Timorese tourism businesses to list, sign in and run their bookings ## Destinations ### Atauro Island Diving paradise in the Coral Triangle, about 25 km north of Dili.
